It started working first night for me. Only thing I found is you need to use 2 large teaspoons of the tea then let it steep for 7 minutes. Once you finish drinking it within 20-30 mins you will simply notice your coughing is reduced or stopped. I use it to sleep at night without coughing my brains out great stuff
