Did you know that there's a direct relationship between your body's pH level and its vulnerability to diseases such as the coronavirus, the common cold, flu, and/or diseases in general?
Get re-acquainted with your superpowers! Yes, I said super powers as some of your new tools to fight these diseases are already in your kitchen, local grocery, farmer's market, and/or in your garden!

We should strive to keep the body's pH levels at least 7.2 - 7.4, keeping it at this range helps to shore-up your immune defenses strong. And yes, that means giving-up processed food, junk, and pseudo-food that is posing as nutrients.
Here's a list of food inclusive of their alkaline levels (aka pH levels) that you should be munching-on regularly as they are strong weapons against averting the Coronavirus (ie SARS-CoV-2).

Amping-up our immune systems with high alkaline foods, thus increasing our pH levels to higher than the virus, gives us much leverage in a war against such flu strands. We can do this by consuming more alkaline foods that are above the pH level of the virus.
Here are some suggestions:
- Lemon - 9.9pH
- Lime - 8.2pH
- Avocado - 15.6pH
- Garlic - 13.2pH
- Mango - 8.7pH T
- Tangerine - 8.5pH
- Pineapple - 12.7pH
- Dandelion - 22.7pH
- Orange - 9.2pH
Another, great and advised way of combating COVID-19 is drinking hot water (26* C and above) and even better if it contains fresh lemon juice. All three ingredients: hot water, fresh lemon juice, and vitamin-C can "zap" or rather unable the virus while defending your greater wellness and interests.
Note on viruses: They are not living organisms by medical definition. They are like hitch-hikers that need a ride; a living host to survive; thrive. So assist in disabling them by keeping your pH high!
