I’ve been using this product Breathe since November 2025, it’s now February. I have nothing but praise about it. Previously, I’ve been on Albuterol inhaler plus Fluticasone HFA. I wheezed still. I thought at times there was someone else in the room (smh), but since I’ve been using this as directed, NO WHEEZING at all. Not when I’m walking, exercising, or sitting still. After trying these for a month, I felt this may have helped a bit. The formula itself is solid — mullein, peppermint, thyme and all have some positive literature outlining their benefits. It provides a cooling feeling when you take it, and that seems to be the most consistent effect. The peppermint is strong enough to let you know it’s there, but not too strong. The taste is what you’d expect after reading the ingredients. The dropper works (you'd be surprised how many don't) and measures accurately making it easy to use / dose. I had no adverse side effects. Might be worth a try for some people.

I struggle with constant congestion from being around chicken dander, so I wanted to try something that might help me breathe a little easier. I’ve been using these mullein drops, and I do feel like they have shown some improvement in my breathing. They are easy to take. Just a few drops on the tongue. The taste is not noticeable. It’s fine. I don’t notice any side effects yet. I’m not saying it is a miracle fix, but I have noticed my congestion feels a little more manageable since using it. Overall, I’m happy with it so far and will keep using it to see how it continues to work for me.

This is a small bottle of peppermint tasting fluid that supposedly clears up your lungs. I can't attest to that, but I can say that I've been taking a dropper full each night for a couple of weeks before bed, and can feel that my throat and sinuses are clearer after taking it. I've had no bad effects. The ingredient list is full of herbal extracts and oils, and the directions tell you to take 1ml per day. However, the stopper does not mark off what "1ml" is, so I presumed that it was a stopperful. The bottle came packed in sticky bubble wrap, which had to be cut away in strips to get to the bottle. Everything was intact, though. The label is packed with information, printed in the tiniest font available. All in all, I don't think I'd pay another $20 (the cost at the time of this review) for a small bottle of what is essentially peppermint and thyme extract. I just did not get as much of a clearer breathing experience as I was expecting.

Breathe is an interesting product in a small, very dark bottle. I added photos which is the only way to read the tiny, nearly invisible print. The product is suggested to be taken in the morning, just a 1 ml placed on the tongue or added to your beverage; repeat in the afternoon if needed. I like the ingredients - all healthy items: manuka honey, lemon peel, peppermint leaf/oil/flavor, ginger, mullein, thyme. The scent is very pleasant and the taste is herbally but very mild. It is so easy to take this daily. I've noticed less congestion at night and less runny nose so perhaps it has been helping. Either way, it is a healthy product and is affordable so I'm happy using it.
