The instructions for the SinoClear sinus relief herbal supplements state that some customers see immediate results while others may take 3-6 months (i.e., up to 6 months) for noticeable results. I'm definitely not in the "immediate" category. That said, I haven't experienced any negative effects from these supplements. My sinuses have good days and bad days. Sometimes those bad days are daisy chained across most of the week. So far, I haven't had any of those multi-day bad sinus problems, but none of them have been scientifically tested. Longer term, who knows? I'll keep at them and, should I get through an entire month (one bottle) without sinus problems, I'll update accordingly.

I don't notice a difference. Ingredients list seems legit from what I can tell from a little research, and it's American made, but after over a month of taking it...no loss but no real benefit either. It did arrive quickly.
